System K is self-help book designed to be used by one or two people. The book has some background included so as to give a perspective to the rest of the book. Although integrated , each chapter has it’s own story. The Foreword is an introduction to the rest of the book giving an overview of the book. It covers every chapter in very general terms.

As the barriers to Love are dropped, inner Joy starts to become constant. It is not the quick flow of happiness from a fortunate occurrence, but it is always there. The 540 level is the level of spiritually based self-help groups, and it is the beginning of the phenomenon of healing.

About the author
I was born in New Brunswick on Dec 25, 1950, the seventh child of Ron and Ruth Murray’s family. I had a normal childhood with the usual number of bumps and bruises.
The family farm was a beehive of activity. I was doing chores by the time I was 5 years old as was every member of my family We were not wealthy by the stretch of any ones’ imagination, but relatives came to us for food and shelter.
